Wedding bookings have become a major part of our business. We are finding many couples are looking for a more relaxed and hassle free form of catering, with food options that will appeal to all their guests. Our menu offers everything from platters to start, finger food and or course our gourmet pizzas, our most popular option. The best way to describe our style of food is rustic and relaxed and full of flavour, not so fussy you’re not sure exactly what you’re eating. Just good, fresh, healthy gourmet dishes that will surprise you.

Your wedding day is a time to remember, a time to celebrate and enjoy with your family and friends. If your are looking at catering options… and want something a little different and value for money? Traditional Brick Ovens Catering offers all that and more …and because we are mobile, we're happy to travel to your chosen event location i.e. wineries, function centres, halls or even park or garden venues.

We can in consultation with you, design the perfect catering package. Our gourmet pizza menu start from $22.90 per head (min 45). To this we can add antipasto platters, cheese platters, even a selection of Tapas style options to start. It’s all about what you want…it’s your day after all......

Chad and I just wanted to thank yourself and Glen for the amazing food you produced for our wedding. Chad and I love pizza and what you make is differently to a very high standard. We had so many comments on how good it all tasted. And the dessert pizzas were a big hit. Also thanks for letting my friend make a pizza she is going to remember our wedding night for ever, because of that. Chad and I had the best day/night ever and we can not thank all the people that helped us out enough. You guys were such a big part of that so thank you.

We would highly recommend Traditional Brick Ovens to cater any  event.                    
We had them cater our wedding reception for 80 guests. We didn’t want a sit down dinner or just finger food and loved the idea of gourmet pizzas. They provided the pre dinner platters, dinner and dessert and we loved the way they gauged how many pizzas to make according to how hungry the guests were which meant that there was plenty of food for everyone and no one missed out or wanted for more.
 
All our guests raved about the food and thought it was a fantastic idea which added to the party atmosphere. The food was delicious and the strawberries & cream pizza was scrumptious and a new taste sensation for all our guests. Mary was professional and accommodating from the very beginning. She gave advise and made suggestions to make sure everything ran smoothly and was willing to work around the events of our wedding. The staff on the night were professional and made every effort to make sure I (the bride) got my fair share of pizza. A BIG thank you to all involved at Traditional Brick Ovens.

We had the best day ever and my only complaint is that it went way too quickly. Can’t believe it is all over. Thank you sooo much for doing such a fantastic job with the catering. Everyone raved about the food, especially the pizzas, and loved the idea. I don’t believe anyone went home hungry (which was my biggest fear with cocktail food), in fact most people complained of the opposite - eating too much :o) So thanks again – it was great. I will certainly send through some photos once I receive them back from our photographer – I can’t wait to see them, I hope it’s not too much longer. In the mean time I have attached a couple of shots that were taken by friends. It was great to hear from you Mary and thanks again for helping to make our wedding day such a wonderful event.
