We had Traditional Brick Ovens cater our client function for 100 guests & I must say they proved to be one of the finest catering companies in Adelaide. Mary was wonderful to deal with. She responded to my query promptly, gave an affordable quote, advised popular food suggestions and kept in touch leading up to the event. We held our function off-site & without knowing much about the access & size of the location, Mary contacted the venue & inspected the site to ensure everything would run smoothly on the night. In which it did!! The staff were well organised, friendly & professional… And the fresh & healthy Pizzas were DELICIOUS. Our guests raved about the toppings & were most impressed with the service. We will definitely be using ‘Traditional Brick Oven Catering’ for future events & will thoroughly recommend Mary and her team to our clients and friends.

Although we decided to have finger food for our trainees presentation evening Mary and Glen still prepared the food in the traditional wood oven. The food was sensational and service was above our expectations. So much food that we had to give everyone a doggy bag to take home. I would not hesitate in recommending anyone to use their services for a future function and I can't wait to have an opportunity to experience the wood oven pizzas.

We had a family and friends birthday party and Mary & Glen prepared delicious roast beef, together with tandoori chicken, complimented by roast vegetables and salads. For dessert we had strawberry pizza, which was a great new treat for everyone, and apple crumble. The service, food and presentation were wonderful and the experience of seeing our food freshly prepared in front of us in the oven made it a great experience. We all had a lovely time and we would highly recommend Traditional Brick Ovens for any type of function.

The staff at Saint David's recently enjoyed a sumptuous 'End of Term' lunch catered for by Mary and Glen Smith from Traditional Brick Ovens.
Mouths were watering at the sight and smell of the delicious pizzas being cooked on site in the portable brick oven. Staff were delighted with the range of gourmet pizzas that were topped with beautifully fresh meat, vegetables, herbs and cheeses.
The customer service delivered by Mary and Glen was outstanding and we thank them for helping to make our luncheon so enjoyable.

The pizzas were absolutely delicious as were all of the salads. We received nothing but positive feedback from our guests who thoroughly enjoyed both the food and relaxed atmosphere created by the pizza / salad buffet. The dessert pizza was a big hit and a great talking point! Cassie, Vicki and Anne are a credit to your team and were not only polite, but also extremely efficient, which was great. As for you Mary, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with you before, during and after our event. Congratulations on establishing such a terrific business! My only hesitation is that next time we try to secure you for an event you’ll be booked out well in advance.

We wish to thank you for the Professional, clean and friendly service you provided for our son Todd’s 21st birthday party.
Our first thought’s of using a mobile wood oven was "it’s only for Pizza’s”, however your extensive menu catered for both our young and older guests.
Entrée of pizzas, Main course of Roast lamb and potatoes, Mini Hamburgers, Chicken portions and salads was great and everyone has continued to comment on the quality and taste of your food.
The desert pizza "Strawberries and cream” was magnificent and left us all with a night to remember. We have had no hesitation in recommending Traditional Brick Ovens to our family and friends.

We had Traditional Brick Ovens cater for our staff Christmas Party of over 60 people. From first contacting them, we were very impressed by the quality of their service. We had a lot of questions as we had not used a caterer like this before, even though we had organised many staff functions.
Mary was very helpful and so well organised for the night. Everything was provided and there was little for us to do. The food - pizzas, breads, and salads were all delicious, fresh and the serves were very generous - lots of food for snacks later in the night for late arrivals and to take home! All the setting up and cleaning up was done with a minimum amount of fuss and all we had to do was provide the venue.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Traditional Brick Ovens for any event! This was certainly the easiest at-home party we have ever had!!
